Sunny and cold and you're still out there!! You two are the real deal! Even the fish are cold!! I like your night time lights! You are brave to stay out overnight-I have never done that except parked in a dock! Great job on your snapper! Looks like a rough night-yikes! Sunshine makes all the difference! Fresh Ceviche-wow!! That looks so good!!

This was fantastic! Oh no!! You are freezing, low 30's is too cold!!!! You guys are so much fun and you even stayed out overnight!!! Not too much water where I live in Arizona but I'm from the East Coast and miss it sometimes! My nephew does a lot of fishing in Florida where he lives. The snapper was beautiful!

Thinking about it some more largo sound on the other side of Adam cut would have been a perfect spot since the win I remember was coming in thur the Gulf (bayside)
@2BearsOutdoors2 жыл бұрын
Yeah, that could had been a good option. I know there's a few other spots we could had tried but also we did have much time to explore and get situated then to find out we were better some where else. That spot was closer to the marina and a much shorter distance to get to if there was an emergency and we needed to get out of Dodge.

Gus how come you did not try to find a spot where you were sheilded from the wind and instead of being pushed into the mangroves you would have been pulled away from it making it less dangerous at night!
@2BearsOutdoors2 жыл бұрын
Well, then it wouldn't be an adventure. Loll. We were closer to the mangrove because we were a little more shielded in that area. Plus the channel behind the boat is a good fishing stop.

I think the Ceviche was worth going thur the night you had just been thur worth it!!
@2BearsOutdoors2 жыл бұрын
Loll .. Yeah I think so . that Mangrove Snapper was slightly over 12 inches. . Yes I was happy. It's really hard for me to justify taking a legal size mangrove snapper at 10 inches . I always through them back in the water. So for the ceviche I caught 2 more snappers, both were at 11inches. in total of 3. That's all I needed. We caught lots of 10 inch snappers but we didn't have the heart to keep it... Thank you brother for all of your support.
