1/4 cup of water+ 1tsp sugar + 1 tbsp yeast
2nd recipe
4 small size bananas (not soft)
3 cups flour
1tbsp yeast
3tbsp sugar

3tbsp milk powder
1 cup water
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Saturday I will try this...but without banana. Am not a fan of bananas. Yes there was clear difference but I like the one with banana visible. Because its looks and feels like my kind of puff-puff .
