When they went to open the door for the pizza, they tripped a sensor. When they’re getting the pizza you can see for a second there’s a white square/box on the top left of the door. When the door opened the two white boxes were separated and triggered a silent alarm.

Pretty sure it was either the pizza delivery guy that called you guys in, or it was the door alarm, most doors in a business will have the two magnetic sensors on top of the door. You break that connection by opening the door when the alarm has been set and it alerts a security company, who then calls whatever manager they have on file and then he would have to go check it out. Not a hard assumption to make, and probably why you should have ordered the pizza ahead of time and then just warm it up later inside the place. I'm not sure the pizza guy would care too much, he got paid, now he needs to do the next delivery. He might think they are maintenance staff on their break. If he called anyone he would have called the cops, not the trampoline park staff. I think most likely there are some alarms or sensors they tripped at some point. Maybe at first the staff ignored them, after all who would rob a trampoline park, but then thought they better check it out.
