Ingredients
1 cup raw oats
1 cup milk (your choice of regular milk such as whole, or plant-based milk like oat or almond)
1-2 tsp honey
1/4 cup optional mix ins such as granola, dried or fresh fruit
pinch of salt
1 tsp cocoa powder (optional)
Method
1. Combine all ingredients in glass jar, mix well and cover tightly
2. Place in fridge overnight
3. In the morning, remove cover and either warm up in microwave, or eat cold. *Make sure to remove metal lid before placing jar in microwave as it can catch fire.*
