The YSL packaging looks like a rich 1960s housewife or heiress secret pillbox, where she's hiding her valium or barbiturates. And I love it as that. But as a blusher it's kinda meh. Imagine opening it and it's just a blusher inside. It would be so disappointing.

Arcane is a 3D animated series based on a videogame. It's a dystopian alt reality-based adult oriented show. It's actually really good if you like dystopian-ish scifi/ fantasy & animation. The makeup collection is not indicative of the steam punk esthetic of the show. Like at all.

OMG the elf liquid bronzer (the lightest shade) actually works for me! I'm pale with an olive under tone. The lilac blush is amazing too! Looks like the most NATURAL blush shade on me when softly applied. I never would have guessed. Super in love!

I am a huge huge HUGE fan of Arcane Netflix serie, one person from Fenty beauty was in charge to desing the make up of the women in this program long before the first season was released, so they already have something to do with it. I am looking forward to buy all the gloss bombs, and maybe the blue mascara. It is only two seasons, so if you are interested in Sci-fi meets steampunk kind of things, this is a good show to watch, great story, great visuals, great music. The YSL eyeshadow quads are sooooo good. I love the two I have, I am interested in swatching the YSL blushes and might pick one up. Also, I saw a video where someone compared the Huda icy nude to the rose quartz and had a really close matches for 9 shades. I’m going to wait for more reviews before I buy that one.

I saw the Peanuts collection at Walgreen's - the red quilted see-through pouch is reusable; not exactly built for the ages, but it's cute. I actually do like their lip oils, for the price point. I bought three of them off their site a long time ago and used up all three. I was really fighting the urge to buy them when I saw them - I'm really trying to actually use up some lip products, though. Using one up loses it's sense of satisfaction when you get two more at the same time.

There was a post on reddit about these stupid Patrick Ta eyeshadows. A cosmetic chemist broke it all down and said the shimmer is coming from mica. Which makes sense… but yeah it’s the scammy way they are trying to sell it for me.

Oohh the YSL POWDERS ARE GREAT! I am pale and have the lightest shade of their bronzer and it’s incredible. It’s the only bronzer I can use with abandon. I cannot WAIT to try the blush. (The bronzer has the cute packaging in brown)

The paco rabanne highlighter is EXTREMELY heavy, u can definitely use it to defend urself. BUT: it s 300 dollars with the charms AND sold out in a couple of hours 😅

I broke down and got a Stanley cup for my birthday now that the hype has died down around them. Idk I’ve always been one of those that hate what’s popular and try things once hype dies. I will only have one though…it’s the like green one that came out this year or last year cuz it matches my car 😅 I hate to admit that it’s attached to my hip 😂

I LOVE the Stanley ELF gloss holder lol. I ordered one on Mercari! I keep my Stanley next to me while I work and while I’m driving, and it’s nice to just know where my gloss is while I’m driving especially. I can reach it easily without getting into my bag while going 75 mph 😂

The new Huda Beauty look reminds me of that old brand Flesh. Not so much HB's eyeshadow palette, but the lip products. Idk if they're going for a more sleek and simple look, but it just come off as lazy. The Patrick ta duos are quite pretty ( I have still at the club), not a lot of fall out and a lovely smooth texture, BUT it faded and smudged so fast! I never have a problem with that… even with my hourglass primer it was almost all gone in the afternoon. Kind of disappointed to be honest.

I'm not touching those eyeshadow duos. Apparently, his one palette had mold issues. These aren't worth the price no matter what is crushed up in them. I have amazing glitters, duo and multichromes that far less expensive. (Mostly because they come in palettes!) Also, Korean and certain indie makeup brands do glitter so well for far less.

Patrick Ta came out saying it's pricey because it's 100% pearl and I'm looking forward to the javon Ford takedown of that ingredients claim. Also it has glycerin in the formula which is likely the cause of the mold in his other eyeshadow formulas. Glycerin is a known shelf life killer. Gotta rebuke, imo.

I WANT that Huda collection.......despite the balm blush looking like a petri dish with positive growth on it 😅😒😑. The saddest part about the Glamlite Halloween collection is if I'm not mistaken, this is the first collection we've gotten in forever that wasn't a collab. And the hostess body butter had a smell....but so light it might as well have not been in there, and the jar is small. Treehut has way better body butters. Those YSL blushes are drawing me in too......despite whatever the price is 😱.
