YES YES I AGREE I’m so here for that yellow ERODE it’s such an amazing shade and yes 😱any diarrhea baby poop shades I’m obsessed with I know I might not have made that sound like a good thing but I live for those shades there so unique & that’s a huge reason I love love love Melt true this is technically a neutrals palette but they do it with such amazing unique esthetics that makes them stand out of a crowd & have you mesmerized that’s exactly what you are & you’re talents especially your positive personality!!!! You created a beautiful look. I think it's important to remember that browbone and inner corner highlights that are included in many palettes actually make the palette less, not more, versatile for people of many complexions. As women of color it doesn't surprise me that their color stories aren't wedded to those shades as we typically see them.

I should have mine by Monday! Finally cleared customs, forgot customs charges was a thing :( I had to pay for when I impulse bought it but oh well, still super excited. I also don't mind not having an inner corner highlight, I use my face highlight and it kind of ties the face and eyes together. I'm so excited for this colour story. I also live for these types of lip colours so again, super excited.

The "bundle" will likely not be coming back, per Melt's IG, but before they shut down, there are still plenty of palettes & liners still in stock. They literally just ran a sale on lipsticks before the shutdown, so there may be limited stock on those; however, neither are new shades, and are actually available through Sephora & Beautylish.

Out of those two, most definitely rust! The mattes in smoke sessions are terrible to work with in my opinion. I'd only get that palette if you want the shimmers in it. My most used melt palette is Gemini! I use that one the most out of all my melt palettes, but im a sucker for a good green!

those would be the two id go after as well if you already have gemini! she's in parties to me is super underrated. Rust pairs really nice with gemini too since its on the grungy side and the browns go well with both sides of the palette! I havent tried much from ND personally! I tried a Camel 5 pan palette and it just wasn't for me

I'm Obsessed With Your eyeshadow look! I'm not going to lie but I really was disappointed when they discontinued the Rust Eyeshadow Stack but I do plan on getting the eyeshadow palette and the gel Eyeliner but sadly I'll have to skip the Lipsticks because those colors are not my cup of tea! Lol! But if they did like 2 Vampy Lipsticks shades like the shade of the gel liner and a smoked cranberry color now that would have been a dope idea! Because both colors would look absolutely stunning especially when you smile darker Shades of aubergine and cranberry makes your teeth appear whiter plus it would look more sexier more seductive! Knowing me I'm definitely a Vampy Lipstick kind of Lady! 💜💜💜

I feel like shimmer shades are their weak spot in general. I don't have every palette, but I have plenty of crumbly shimmers (and ones going hard pan) in stacks and palettes. But I still love them.

Aw really? I havent had a problem with them giving me hard pan, but they do crumble on me (depending on the shade) since theyre kind of powdery. But I dont mind since the effect they give is gorg! Do you wet your brush before you dip it into the shimmer?

I definitely recommend doing it! What I do is just dip my brush into the shadow then use a spray bottle with water in it to wet the brush! I havent experienced hard pan since doing it that way

I think if you have Gemini you probably don’t need this, the first half of the palette can be used to make a super warm grungy rusty eye, not as cool toned as this palette but worth trying to save $58 lol

It depends on the types of looks you do. You can get warm toned smokey eyes with both but you cant get the chocolatey brown ones with gemini. Just depends on what you like! There's definitely a lot of brands who have similar color stories that are cheaper. Just comes down to if you want to support the collection or not and if you're ok with the price tag!

Melt has ridiculous Black Friday sales. After I got the Twenty Seven as a gift and bought Gemini, I wanted to buy everything. But you know, money.... But on B.F. all their liners and bullet lipsticks are $5. Everything was on sale, but those fly off the proverbial shelves. I love the Ultra Matte lipsticks. Lucretia is my holy grail for my skin tone. Their liquid lipsticks are nice too. Very thin when you put them on which makes them more difficult to apply, but comfortable to wear. You'll either love them or hate them I think.

i see it too! I think the brown being more on the cool-toned side must either have a tint of green in it or somehow mixed with the mustard to make the green tone!
