Hi friend, it says that it won't be impacting anyone applying before 1st July 2022. So, you should be ok as per the update, but please make sure to understand your university's requirements before changing course and some might only allow you to change course after 6 months

I got my offer letter 3-4 days back Seems like my file will be logged by the end of April..
