Good question indeed. There is no right or wrong answer as there are so many aspects to consider. Like your personal and career goals, budget, course you planning to study, city you area planning to study, so it could be yes or no based on individual circumstances and some of the factors mentioned.

If coming only to study.. Worth it.. If for possible future pathways I'd say regional > main areas.. Or else a straight no unless you have a very good or specialised background.
