WellCome Hotel - Best Place to Stay in Cebu City, Philippines

This is one of my favorite hotels as well..It is about $55 a night..Including breakfast buffet..My second favorite was Mango Park Hotel less than $25 a night with a breakfast for 2 included,(better location in my opinion)

When we were there visiting with wifey's family, we stayed at the Waterfront and Marco Polo because she wants to impress but I would have been fine with this one as it appears to be very nice! If you get a chance, go to Bohol and check out the chocolate hills, Terchier Monkey preserve and super cool reptile center!

When I see those nice surroundings in a nice solid building, I always ask myself: Is it safe? I mean it isn't built with skilled workers like in the western world so the materials used might be more porous. Just some thoughts.

It's around $50 per night. Book on Agoda and you'll probably get a cheaper rate. The exchange rate right now is around 52 php to 1 USD.

It's around 2,500 Philippine pesos per night. I'd book on Agoda because you'll probably get a better rate.

I disagree about Agoda being the better rate. I have checked these advertisers, and I can tell you that Agoda are sneaky because they advertise the pre-tax price, and start to add the city tax and V.A.T. as you venture through their booking form. Booking.com is the one I found to be totally upfront by advertising the price with all those taxes included.

Try Travelbee Fuente Inn near Mango Square. It has super reviews, and costs around £20 a night. I've booked a 27 night stay there, including breakfast, for a total of £533.00 for two people.
