for a Private Session (yeah..haha xD) you can also go to Race Weekend -> Event Settings and just click on every car class once to disable them. then you are also alone on the track. watch out: default grip level for free practice seems to be light. you maybe want to switch it to "heavy" or "saturated". it can be changed via the Advanced Settings for the session :)

with middle mouse click you can increment/decrement 50 per click.

NOICE. Regarding the photomode, how do you control the replay itself? Forward, backwards, slow motion, etc

I just find it so surprising that so many great options are so hardly accessible ! Why would they make things so complicated ? I definitely hope that they will rework the menus in a future update.

They are generally where you expect them, with a few exceptions as noted here. You do need to spend a few minutes looking at the camera settings to see what it's possible, but I can't see how else they could inform you. Lots of options is good. But it does mean lots to learn.

I find the video title a bit funny because with the exception of a few things that I agree about, most of the stuff is just simply keybindings that you can find in the menu. So if you take a bit of time you can set them as in any other sim racing title. :)

Can I move the Huds? I am running ultra wide 3440x1440, the Huds are on the scree more to the center even though in my graphics I have it set to 3440x1440

Excuse me? In the title there isn't a Replay feature with timeline where I can jump to a determined point of a race, yes like 1h, 2h Replays, then test the frame rate of different PCs or different graphics settings, or study the driving, or import someone else's replay and study?

Does anyone knows how to tilt the drivers head up/down in cockpit view? In rf2 it was left shift + FOV buttons but that does not work in LMU. Thanks in advance!

Hey, Edit the setting.json file. Search for camera pitch or something like that. I don't remember the exact line. The value you add is in degrees. Positive value tilt the drivers head up.

Found another solution on the LMU Discord. Put Shift L and R on the FOV Buttons. This way, you can set the pitch like in rf2, but you can't change the fov after this. Pretty confusing, but it works.

I cant even touch the brakes on the hypercars at ingame setup. Even at 50% braking on a straight line the back goes wide every single time... Same with throttle. 1 moment too hard or too early and i spin

I’ve got about 14-15 hours in the sim so far. I think I’ve got maybe 8 laps in that time. The rest is trying to fix the disaster that is this sim so far. Still love it but wow never had such a mess of a launch in sim racing.

Idk if its luck or what but i have had no issues of that kind on this game and i was able to set 100 laps on monza yesterday while trying to set up my ffb and trying ti get rid of oscilations which was the thing that i couldn’t fix.

@@dante316a Yeah but are you running triples? If so then yes you’re lucky.

@SticksAandstonesBozo Yes I do have triples. And fun fact: if you aren't knowledgeable enough or proficient setting them up in different ways the center screen always will work... I'd never put in 15 hours of trying to fix a *known issue*, that is getting a fix soon, instead of just doing the usual triple workarounds any triple owner should know or just use the center screen... In fact I changed my setup to a 21:9 center +16:9 sidescreens for the triples, so it's MUCH more compatible with anything in an emergency, including fps/shooter games that look awful on triple / 32:9 or even just space games like Star Citizen etc. Sometimes you just have to go with the flow and not against it - after all time is the only resource you can't buy back.

We need everyone in the discord and the forums to just give feedback, that’s our part of the shared responsibility for if this game should be great one day.
