In the game you have the possibility to import any 3d object with animation. just go to those sites where they provide 3D characters with movement and import them into the game. on youtube there is little tutorial teaching but you can find it

It's simple, go to the Inspector by pressing f11 and locate the dummy, if you are talking about the animations as they are not clickable and you are having difficulty locating just click on some car that you have added that will select the vehicle in the inspector if you observe the dummy in the inspector's list below or above the vehicle, so just press del or click on the eye that will make it invisible

I'm not a professional thumbmaker but I'm going to pass on some tips, always leave the main object very large in the thumb because when we edit it on the PC we don't think much about who sees it on the cell phone, and to be clear I do a treatment in photoshop increasing the sharpness, adding some colors vivid and finally using the Gigapixel program to upscale the image and make it sharp, you can do this in any AI application that enhances the image (if you don't want to buy Gigapixel) there is remini, which is a free application . Already the gigapixel is paid and is for pc.
