@@santino9670 Reduce negative thoughts to have a healthier life. The practice is simple. Your breath is directly related to your mind [brain] causing negative thoughts-anxiety. For a relaxed life sit on a chair, back erect, eyes closed, be as still as possible and observe the sensations of your incoming--outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils for around 5-10-15 minutes or more. Don’t fight with your thoughts. Slowly the mind will relax. No deep inhalation-exhalation needed. Anytime of the day or night before sleep sit or lie down on your back and observe your breath. Stillness brings internal peace. Make this a lifetime daily habit to have a good life. Best wishes Shyaaam Sir. -Counsellor.

Hi I’ve all of a sudden started having little anxiety attacks and I am thinking of what happened previously and then on the following day, i will feel the same again and this makes me panic and anxious . I have a rush of fear come over me and pressure on my head and jaw goes stiff I try and not think about it but it feels uncontrollable… can u help me please ,

Great video however when I’m alone and quiet it makes my anxiety and overthinking worse. Staying active and keeping the mind busy is my best chance of calming me down

I've developed anxiety from overthinking recently. I don't even get anxious about traditional things like socially or anything like that. I get anxious of getting lost in my own thoughts. It's horrible, but this vid was very useful

Hello Abraham, I'm exremelly tired of being overthinker, I can't control my negative thoughts and it feels like they're killing me inside, but then you came up with such a great video! Thank you so much for the tips! I think I'd like to start with writing down my negative thoughts and then I'll throw them far far away and yell "get out of my mind!" :D

No deep breathing needed but a strong desire to feel better is needed. Stillness reduces negative thoughts. Develop your mental muscles during these challenging times. Best wishes. Step 1: focus on your breathing Step 2: think about what thoughts are actually true and important Step 3: write these down in a journal/ notepad Step 4: deep and shallow: what long term things can you do about this and short term Step 5: have a break (without phone or ipad) Step 6: just do some nice exercise with music Step 7: engage in some distrsctions (nice + not technology) Step 8: practice self praise

Yeah I have so bad Axienty that when I get In trouble at get this demon takes over me and after I stop doing something I shouldn't I feel very small and out of energy and faint

Here are 8 ways to stop overthinkng and worrying 1. Find a quiet place, sit in a comfortable position and close your eyes. 2. Practice some mindful meditation for about 5-10 mins. 3. Open your eyes and write down your thoughts. 4. Create a list of things to do and organise it. 5. Remember to give yourself a break 6. Do some high intensity exercise 7. Great tips Abraham! I love the Letting Go exercises for breathing and relaxing. My favorite is Brain Dumping out the thoughts onto paper and getting everything out of our brains.

he will be okay bro God is looking after him. whenever you’re sad just think of God and ask God to help you to stop worrying. At end of days tell God how your day was (sounds basic but is majorly helpful) and when you turn and put faith into God , God will help you and reward you. God Bless.

Now I'm fighting with overthinking because of stress and intrusive thoughts this give me a little bit anxiety........i recreate a scenario in my head which is very very bad to even think and i strats to crying over it thinking like whether it's happen or not this thought continuesly play on my until I start to don't care about it ...... then after that new negative scenario will sprout i have done now wish this shall too passs ....bcz nothing is permanent so just hold on ....... anyway thanks for the video wishing to everyone stay strong nothing can stop you your worth for you life you have best life and you are perfect in anyways ❤️

Many people will drift away from anxiety if they focus on things that really grabs their attention for a long time. It shouldn't be a super hard activity, like reading a book, having your "me-time" on a bathtub, showering with hot water, or even playing video games that don't stress you (Vs A.I. or custom matches, for example). I hope we will have more anxiety-free days ahead of us. Guys, take care 😃❤️

I usually take my thoughts to court and if I find them untrue I sentence them..lol.. but I’m forgetful so.. my best advice is don’t beat ur kids, don’t use food to manipulate them, don’t neglect them. The foundation of a child matters.

I tried so much to stop overthinking but I keep repeating the same thing after thinking that I already solved it. The reason why I keep over thinking is because I thought it would be good for my mind. I just don't know when I should just let it go or continue thinking for my own mental health. It's so hard to just stop think about it because I always have anxiety for my future

I make problems and fights that will never happen...in my head. I think of someone stealing or hurting someone and I save them then try and make the thief someone I don't like... Or thinking negative things that might happen...like getting pulled over by police or fighting with someone who just didn't like your face...

I overthink and make the situation worse, and most times when I overthink something about some people concerning trust. They tell me I overthink and then later its like my overthinking brain proved me right. An I wasn't overthinking those things were actually true... Uhhh sucks. Definitely an overthinker cos I lose lots of sleep thinking. It's hard to try an focus on something. But will give these a try

how to stop overthinking: let yourself overthink the truth of the matter is there is the initial thoughts and overthinking, and while it would be nice to know which is which, we as humans can't really tell cause that's just how we are, which leads us to overthink about overthinking then the only solution is to just let go, let all these thoughts flow into your head and do whatever you want to do

Guys I’m on the brim .. someone pls explain to me why every slightest thought about something gets my hearts heavy ,I palpitate and tight chest ..I believe that has to do with my anxiety …the main ish here is that ,when I argue with someone ,or when I’m not talking to a friend ,I get heavy and tight chest ..and I palpitate a lot ,I try to accept the feeling but I get caught up again and my mind races ..I try to fight and dismiss the feeling it became worser for me I felt like fainting.cus my heart won’t stop beating fast ..I’m really in btw the process of curing and mastering this mental and emotional agony ..be cognitive

I don’t understand my mind honestly. I overthink the smallest of thing’s and replay conversations compulsively like did I say this right or did they misunderstand me ? I can’t have relationship’s it seems because sometimes I become mute over this overthinking.

I'm about 2-3 days in from being positive of covid and I constantly antisipating if my symptoms are going to get worse? I can't switch off :( My symptoms are.... Dizziness... muscus cough now and again... My appetite made a somewhat come back... Slight diarreeha... and stuffed up nose... Ive been so emotional, crying and just constantly think I'm going to die :( what do I do???

I've always overthink everything in my life! I hate overthinking because it has ruined my relationship with friends and girlfriends I had .it ruined my relationship with my ex that we have been talking for a long time but due to my overthinking it ruined it I also have social anxiety witch sucks I have a little amount of friends because I overthink I can never make friends or keep a relationship or I was never good enough to anyone hopefully this helps!

i have a problem where i focus on my breathing then feel like i cant breath and start overthinking that. which just causes me to kind of hyperventilate in a way. it sucks.

I'm not saying this is a reason to send a inappropriate message to someone. But it might not be as bad as the worry. Like some people probabbly wouldn't even tell the police like they might worry about. They might just report it to Facebook and some people might not even do that. Some people might just turn a blind eye

Getting the jab has been hard for me because I get relatives telling me horror stories. I live alone with pets and am the only one responsible for them. So...I am a worry wart and I bet there are lots of ppl like me. I'm going to get jabber now..no time to write a will tho.
