@@brucebobtrotter2170 managing the relationship with stakeholders to effectively engage stakeholders and get them to be supportive, aware and contributors to the project. Its to keep them positive and ensure negative stakeholders turn to allies. Monitor is to just monitor if the stakeholder engagement plan is being carried out and if it is working. Managing is where you actively socialize with your stakeholders to make sure they are engaged and supportive. Monitor is to just see if your stakeholder plan is still ok or if it needs to change.
