Sir, we are not happy about the after sales services...got cheated ..recently .. We buy BPL for name ..but services engineer are not available ,you should have a directory of such engineers ,otherwise how are we to know ...pl share contact no. of nashik based engineer at earliest.... Frustrated at a recent experience when wanted to get my defibrillator repaired and when failed in it wanted to buy a new one and that also seemed to be a task..because of cost differences ..so did not know whom to trust everyone claiming to BPL dealer ..pl help

BPL home health goods quality is not up to the mark, 2-3% of new goods are in not working condition, company takes 8-10 emails and 3-4 months to take action.
