Overview of CEMAS' Aberration Corrected TItan TEM and Themis-Z (S)TEM

CEMAS is home to a Thermo Scientific Themis Z and a Titan 60-300 TEM, formerly produced by FEI. The Themis Z is optimized for sub-Angstrom spatial resolution imaging and analysis, while the Titan 60-300 is optimized for the investigation of soft and bio-materials with both high-resolution imaging and the ultimate in chemical analysis capabilities. In this talk, Robert E. A. Williams, the assistant director for research and development at CEMAS, offers an overview of each of these impactful instruments.
