Overview of License Manager and Adding CUCM to LM

Hi Faisal. Your videos are very accurate and to the point. Seeing your videos I was able to configure CUCM, CUC, CUP, UCCX. I am moving ahead for CUIC but I dont know how to get a demo licence for CUIC. Not sure even it is possible to not. Same Question goes for Finesse. Kindly suggest.

Hi Faisal great video, I am upgrading from cucm 8.6 to 9.1, where my 8.6 has DLU's installed in it. Is there any additional task I need to do before doing the upgrade?
