We are starting a new project on the channel - monthly reviews of real estate offers in Mariánské Lázně.Our reviews will be based on materials from the main portal about real estate in the Czech Republic SREALITY.We start with flats.Price up to 100 000 euros. That's 2,400,000 crowns. 21 offers. The cheapest offer -
flat on Hroznatova Street in Ušovice.1 290 000 CZK (53 750 EUR). 1+kk. 20 sq.m.This means a studio in which the kitchen is in the only room. This also explains the low offer price. Flat on Hroznatova, 66 sq.m. 3+1. This means three bedrooms and a separate kitchen. For 1,850,000 crowns (77,000 euros).
The low price is explained by the fact that it is the last (fourth floor) of a four-storey building without a lift in povodnim stavu. This means that the flat is unrenovated from the construction of the house. Umakart kernel bathroom. Which means a bathroom made of thin plastic walls made of getinax with a foam layer) and a ceiling made of thin single-layer textolite. All panel houses in the Czech Republic used to be built with such bathrooms. The most expensive offer in this price range.
Flat on Havlíčková Street. Ušovice. For 2,400,000 crowns. 100 000 euros. 2+1. Two bedrooms and separate kitchen. 78 m². The house is problematic. Former hostel. The description does not specify the storey. Possibly the top floor. The bathroom is umamart. You already know what that means. We don't recommend this flat. And the price is completely inadequate.
Gusova Street. 5th floor of a six-storey building without a lift. Ground floor of an old house. Kitchen without kitchen, bathroom without anything. Pilsenska. Garsonka 37 metres in a house with uninsulated facade. Without repair and with umaktovy kernel.Americka. Flat without repair. There is no photo of the bathroom. So it's tinny. The price is unreal. Poverty. It's American again. No renovation. Expensive. Gusova. No repairs. 3rd floor with no lift. No heating. Mini boiler for coal and wood, in the kitchen.Smetanova. Ground floor. Without repair. Bathroom umakart. Mladejovskego. A small flat for a lot of money. Z floor without lift. Specially over-lit photos. It is impossible to determine the condition.
Groznatova. 4th last floor without lift. Old renovation. Plzeńska. No renovation. No photo of the bathroom. So umakart is in bad condition. Libuszynska. 4th floor without lift in uninsulated building. Libuszynska again. An old renovated flat in an uninsulated building. Dvořáková. Small studio in a new house. Very expensive.Poštovni.Fourth last floor or rather attic without lift.Nadražni. Ground floor. Opposite the railway station. Without repair. Trshebizskego. Ground floor on the street, where there is no sun. No photo of the front of the house. It's very suspicious. Grosnatova again. Ground floor in poor repair. Dilenska. Good garçon, but expensive.
I cannot recommend any of the reviewed flats in this price range.The next price range is from 100,000 to 200,000 euros.
At first glance, there are five times as many offers in this section as in the first - 107. But, this is only at first glance. 49 adverts concern one house - it is a new building on Chebska Street. That leaves 58 variants. Here we will talk about them.
4 flats in a relatively new building on Poštovní Street. "Orsten Residence" 2012. This residence was invested in by comrades from Gazprom, who are now actively getting rid of their assets in Europe. We offer two studios 35 and 37 square metres. And two 2+kk. 53 and 49 sq.m The house is not bad, flats too. The construction of the house is reinforced concrete frame and brick. When buying these flats it is worth paying attention to the fact that heating and hot water is provided by an electric boiler. At the current prices for electricity it is extremely expensive. Parking is another issue. One of the studios with a parking space. The second flat with a share in the car park (didn't understand what that means) and two without parking. Parking is not easy in this area.
Then there are six flats in houses after reconstruction. There are very few such houses in the city, so let's take a closer look.
One in the Britannia Residence(2005) and three in the Paradise Residence(2009). Britannia flat in the attic. Undercrofts in Czech. In 2020 there was a fire in the house. Just burned attic(favourable names - attic or penthouse). The attic burned to the ground, so they rebuilt it completely. We don't know how they did it. Black box. The flats in Paradise could be interesting. Before the war in Ukraine and before the fire, there were hardly any flats for sale in these residences. Most of the flats were owned by wealthy Russians. For obvious reasons there is a sale going on now. There are two more offers in houses after reconstruction. These are Residence "Westminzter" (2014) on Zeerova Street and Residence "Kolonnada" on Masarykova Street.

Скажите пожалуйста а где это место на главном проспекте, где была синагога? Сориентируйте пожалуйста:: что там рядом примечательное ещё? Я интересуюсь просто для себя чтобы знать где раньше была синагога
