Maybe you’re forgetting something important: the army champions' attack and hp. We have almost the same stats in mono, but I have a 150% more boost in army stats, which means you need to add 150% to a single mono stat. As for artifact stars, I have 250 fewer, and 200 levels fewer but I have a higher overall boost from artifacts due to the fact that those ones weren't set very well.

You need to reduce range atk, make it at least 800+, you can switch the other ring for more stats on the cav and inf, it's better that way, range usually gives a blast when it hits Cavs, so no need to have 1000+ on range😊

Absolutely, this account cannot compete with emperors, not without sniping them off wonders. However, it absolutely can compete with day to day titans, maybe not the ones with more artifacts. But at the rate he’s going with artifacts, he probably will be able to fight with them. Normal level 60 gear has higher base att, while champions rely more on army stats for the advantage. Being a smart player will even the army stats gap.
