What I love about junkrat is that he’s an idiot, but a highly educated idiot. Like there are times where he can be the smartest person in the room but have the worst way of expressing his plans, thoughts or even himself due to his pyromania, hyperactive personality and general lunacy.

That'd be primary school. We only have primary (0 to 6th grade) and then secondary (7th to 12th), with some states having exceptions
