Лучше всего отправлять код реплея, время на котором произошел момент и небольшое описание. Отравлять с gmail или mail роли не играет, главное чтобы на мою почту [e-mail] Если реплеев уже нет, записи с OBS тоже подойдут. На письма я не отвечаю, так как их приходит очень много. Отвечаю только если какие-то конкретные вопросы в письме :)

Unpopular opinion. If a healer isn't reacting to you, and you're not taking damage. Get a Medkit. That Ashe passed three medkita chasing Baptiste. Sometimes healers are prioritising players in conflict and if you're not taking direct damage, learn the map and get a medkit. That is why they are there.

Whenever I see clips of people begging for heals like the Ashe, I always assume it's because they were shit-talking or complaining about heals prior to the clip. Not saying the Bap was in the right to just not heal since punishing one player can always mean punishing your entire team, but as a support main... Christ, I get it. I've wanted to just stop healing that one asshole teammate all together. But maybe the Bap player was just a dick and focused on DPS, in which case let it go, Ashe, and learn to use medkits. Seriously.
