Can confirm that I triggered it when I murdered a pharah mid-air. I mostly heal /damage boost, but I will insta-glock when needed.

I first heard it when I won against a pharah mid-air while I was in Valk. I was caught off guard and started laughing. Edited to add this: Saw two valking mercys duke it out in the air and the one that won said it out loud. was absolutely amusing.

The mercy at 20:32 I would make the same play. Instead of just raising teammates. help or straight up eliminate specifically low health enemy, heavy damage dps to avoid certain death you do have time before they respawn.
