This patch is looking pretty good. I think shifting some of the damage focus to DOTs will help somewhat with how oppressive combo's from charscters like Venture can be. Also: REIN BUFFFFS. TIME TO GET TEAMWIPE SHATTERS AGAIN LETS GOOOO.

Also the ball buffs are gonna be insane.
