I've always really liked the look of Overwatch and the maps look especially beautiful! After seeing an amazing Overwatch map video from theWhispergames, I wanted to check out the maps for myself! Make sure to check out her video below ⬇️ Today we're exploring the Ilios, Route 66, and Rialto maps. This was absolutely amazing. Lovely sounds and just a gentle walkthrough of Overwatch focusing on the graphics and maps. Honestly we spend so much time focusing on PVP we dont get a moment take step back and enjoying the map. This is one of my favorite Overwatch ASMR videos yet!

Having never played this and only seeing others play it, I never knew there was an "exploration mode" of sorts. The colors and detail in this game are so vibrant and quite beautiful when you actually take your time to slowly walk through it.

It’s funny - I’ve been playing overwatch since 2016, but I miss a lot of the details in maps because it’s such a fast-paced game xP incredibly relaxing! I’d recommend Kings Row or Havana :3

Been GM since Season 2 and have played for multiple eSport orgs. Overwatch to me is the COMPLETE opposite to ASMR, so seeing videos of Overwatch trying to be relaxing is a harsh clash to my brain. LOL

I’ve played this game for maybe 3 yrs and ilios is still my favorite map because of the blue skies and seas with the white building and how it makes your golden guns sparkle in the sun.

Watching this is like the calm before the storm of a salt fest comp match EDIT: Personal opinion, overwatch has the best spatial sound dynamics out of most competitive video games. Listening is quite enjoyable

I've been playing Overwatch since day 1 and I absolutely loved listening you try to explain the game. This was a fun and neat video though! When you're playing the game, your mind is in so many different directions that you don't get to pay attention to the amazing atmosphere in the game. some maps I think you should visit: Paris, Blizzard World, Eichenwalde, Hollywood, King's Row, Kanezaka, Dorado. Blizzard World and King's Row have a Christmas themed variant, and Eichenwalde and Hollywood have Halloween variants which imo look even better than the originals

One tip for im Ilios and some other maps every map of that kind if contained in one area so you can just fly around and it’s not far and you will see one of the other versions of ilios

OMG it does look like Bioshock Infinite! I hadn't noticed the similarities myself but as soon as you mentioned it I knew the exact location in Bioshock that you were thinking of. I would love to see more of these as I am also someone who loves Overwatch for the style, characters, lore, ect.. but doesn't play because online games make me anxious.

for aesthetics i would say lijang tower gardens is super pretty and winter hanamura (regular hanamura is pretty too) but gameplay wise i love havana!! and as for heros my main is widow bc i love playing a sniper and shes gorgeous hehe ☺️ u didnt see her pale serpant skin!!! its soooo pretty

Jubilee if you are intrested in the lore or world of overwatch then I believe you will enjoy the sequel overwatch 2, it is tailored to a casual and story based experience as a cooperative multiplayer PvE campaign game with theatrical cinematics , thus giving a introduction to players without the anxiety of the faster paced PvP multiplayer experience in the current game.
