She isn't really overpowered, but she is scary as fuck. She freezes you while you try to shoot her. You lose all feeling from limbs. Then you freeze, and she stands there, looks into the very being of your soul. Then shoot A FUCKING ICICLE THROUGH YOUR HEAD. But she still pretty fun. Not really overpowered.
