Glizzy is actually a nickname for a gun which many rappers use in songs but for some reason these lil tiktokers thought it would be funny to call a hot dog a glizzy. It was funny at first but now it’s just stupid, plus people who call hotdogs glizzy’s don’t even know where it originally came from.

First off, cut about a quarter inch deep into the Glizzys to give not only a design, but to help with the cooking. Then put the Glizzys in a wok or a large pan and fill it with water until the Glizzys are half submerged in water. Then boil it for about two minutes and a half on low heat, and then boil for a minute or 45 seconds on medium heat to help reduce or melt away any fat inside the Glizzys. Then Fry the Glizzys in a nonstick pan with two or three table spoons of cooking oil or Olive oil if you are feeling healthy, until browned on each side. Do not be afraid if it is a little burnt because Grizzys are supposed to be cooked that way. Just make sure that it's not pitch black. Now that we are done with the Glizzys, let's now move on to the sauce. First off, we are going to need a large white onion, about the size of your hand or a baseball and cut half of it because we are only going to need half. Chop the white onion half into finely diced pieces and make sure they are very small, otherwise you will be dealing with Onion chunks in your sauce. Then sauté the onion until golden brown on low heat. Add in 1 & 3/4 cups of Ketchup, half a cup of water into onions, a teaspoon of Paprika, a tablespoon of curry powder stir for 30 seconds to a minute and a half. Then raise the heat little by little and continue stirring for another minute. Then once the sauce is done, pour the sauce into a blender and blend for no more than thirty seconds. Moving on to the fries, cut up four potatoes or two large ones into Fries like cuts. You can choose how thick you want your fries, but personally, I like my fries small, so cut them like the fries in a fast food restaurant. Now if you want that texture of French Fries from a Fast Food restaurant, I suggest you put your fries in a batch of cold water and put it in the Fridge and let it chill from 4-6 hours, if you wish, overnight. Then after chilling, take the fries out of the bowl and dry them as much as possible and be careful because the Fries in that state would easily crumble if you handle it carelessly. Then grab a tray or two to fit all your fries but don't put them in yet. Slather your fries in oil and sprinkle it with Seasalt. Be sure to thoroughly slather your trays in oil to prevent sticking and once done, put the fries in. Space out your fries as well to keep them from sticking to each other. And by the time you are done with the fries, the oven should have been pre-heated in 450°F or 232°C for 10 minutes. Put the French Fry trays in and have it bake for twenty minutes. Flip the fries over once half the time has passed for an even bake. Repeat the process but with 10 minutes instead of twenty. Once done, take the fries out and let cool until you can handle it without burning yourself. Take the Glizzys and put them in a plate and put the fries beside them. Then add the sauce over the Glizzys or put the sauce on the side. You can sprinkle the sauce with chopped chopped bay leaves but it is just fine as it is.
