Since people keep asking about why I tend to often have an XP penalty. If I wanna do a specific map for something, I tend to just keep Re-queing till I get it. I leave during the loading screen (so my team always gets a replacement before the round begins) but I still get the XP penalty. That and I also alt+f4 if a mei comes within 30 feet of me.
