TF2 has a shit ton of cosmetics, mostly hats. The depiction of the TF2 characters with different outfits is quite similar to how the game actually looks like.

just use medic with vaccinator and one with uber and maybe one withcritz with vaccinator Phara will be countered the Bastion, widowmaker too and the normal uber to advance and making progess, Enginner with the wrangler and sentry lvl 3. Pyro with jetpack and for the roadhog uses heavy with the holiday punchs and after uses taunt kill and Soldier with cow mangler 5000 with the robotics one pyro with homewrecker and others

The spies in the beginning were doing the "spy crab" meme to distract the Overwatch team. When you equip the disguise kit as spy and look up while walking, the spy looks a bit like he's doing a crab walk :D It's a pretty old TF2 meme and sadly is not seen often these days. I definitely enjoyed your reaction and I'm glad you keep on riding the team fortress crazy train of fun :)

Those spies that you saw at the beginning are called "Spycrabs". Those are a kind of friendlies that are very endangered. If you kill them you would be considered as a criminal and would be shot to death by the whole server.

The different cosmetics are all in-game. There's thousands of cosmetics and each can have different colours, effects, etc. There's also hundreds of different weapons. The weapons are usually tied to the class but each weapon brings a completely unique playstyle. (Example: Sandvich instead of shotgun, sword instead of grenade launcher, etc.) Every cosmetic/weapon exists and works as shown in the video.

You should check out "Mind Games [SFM] (ft. Nathan Vetterlein)" by The Winglet It features an official tf2 voice actor Nathan Vetterlein as Scout. He did exclusive lines for the short. This SFM (Overwatch vs Tf2 Ep. 2) primarily uses voice lines already in-game.

I know the layout of the map and where the sniper and widowmaker are positioned, they're at mid range. Not as far as usual sniping distance but not in each others faces. Maybe 20 meters.

Winglet's depiction on Spy's sapper will be broken if they encounter one of the omnic heroes in Overwatch, the sapper disables and slowly destroying the mechanical target, in TF2 this is only used on Engineer's buildings (and robots in MvM) The distance of the Widowmaker and the Sniper (since the first Overwatch vs TF2) is somewhat far from each other.
