for some context, the reason why Heavy was slow to rev up was because of the weapon The Brass Beast. It grants higher damage and defense, but as a down side it has a ridiculously slow rev up meaning if you use it offensively, your just dead. Also the spy froze Mei with the Spycicle, its a dagger that not only lets him survive fire damage for a second, it instantly freezes people on backstab.

to give some context, this is more if people who play overwatch faced people who play tf2, not if overwatch faced tf2. 14:31 That is Saxton Hale. CEO of Mann. Co, Australian, and yes, he is depicted in the TF2 verse as that strong. He has canonically punched a yeti so hard it exploded.

The thing at 9:03 is that the Heavy was using a mini gun known as the Brass Beast, aka Oksana. The Brass Beast deals more damage but has a slow rev up time, that’s why it was taking him so long to fire

There's several groups in Overwatch that the characters fall into, as well as unaffiliated characters. Overwatch and their black ops section Blackwatch, the criminal organization Talon, Korea's self-defense unit M.E.K.A., Junkertown, the Deadlock Gang, the Shimada clan, the Vishkar Corporation, Volskaya Industries, Omnica Coeporation, Oasis, Lucheng Interstellar, The Collective, Helix Security International, and others, all with at least one playable character representing them. Some are good, some are evil, and some are neutral with either good or evil characters. They all have dialogue between them when you're playing, especially before the match starts.

I agree in any solo one-off Tracer's got great odds against the Scout: he's not stupid and has better stats and skills but it takes more time learning how to beat all of her tech than he's going to have. Some of his teammates might do a lot better even going in blind, and I think about all the team could with experience get to where she's annoying but less of a threat on her own than the Scout.

If you're interested I'd recommend JT Music's Overwatch vs. TF2 rap battles. They're really good. The general consensus seems to be that the TF2 side of the songs wins. My personal favorites are Demoman vs. Junkrat and Sombra vs. Spy.
