Overwatch is more fast paced and has allot of sounds going off at once, so the ultimate voice lines need to be loud and iconic in order to allow proper reaction times. There are echos on the voices for valorant though I played it when it first released. That being said overwatch voice lines are still louder because so much more is going on at once. Valorant has more breaks and slow pacing because of this though I find the valorant voice lines more impactful because it will be quiet all of a sudden you hear the valorant ult line and your like "oh shit"
