It's been more than 3 years since I first heard this masterpiece when it was released on it's first day. I recall riding a train to work that morning for over an hour, listening to this on repeat. To this day, every listen is different. Something new captivates my attention. The depth and width of the score is impeccable. It is considered a crime to listen to this without quality headphones. Overwerk, you have delivered more than a single - it is a journey through something that I cannot find the words to describe, and it isn't for all to fully understand. I would like to finish by bringing the listener's attention to various uses of "bells", its a classic of Overwerk's production. Amazing how something so simple amplifies and creates complexity I couldn't imagine before.

I see in this piece of art - that it truly is - so many storys speaking of people, of their feelings, beliefs, disbeliefs, the strive to become someone and express beauty in everything they do, or at least try. others try less than others, because they limit themselves and - again - others that see no limit in practicing their passion and putting their heart in it. others that fail and others that see failure as a hint that there is more to achieve and to sharpen their thoughts, actions and relationships to themselves and others. for whoever who is reading this.. you are art and it is time to stop to limit your self.. be whoever who you wish to be and lay down envy and replace it with curiosity.. because life wants to be experienced!! WE ARE ONE!

This is truly amazing. To be honest, until now, virtue was not exactly my thing. It was good, no question, and I listened to it in my daily commute, but it seldomly took me somewhere. Now, in the context of this video, it stands out to me as one of the greatest things you have made. Not a massive electro track, but an opus, a journey. And the way the video is made is just astonishing. The detail in these sculptures, the way it looks exactly as if hand-carved from marble. The materials and attention to detail displayed here right out floor everything i've seen in the past months. The way the camera moves, the focus shifts along the objects, the way light unveils new landscapes of marble creates a sense of depth, a sense of movement in these statues. And the way it all comes together in one solid piece makes me wonder, why I never payed attention to those bells. Makes me understand just a little, what emotion an thought went into the creation of your art. Makes me wonder, where 22 minutes went. Hope you and your team read this. It just really inspired me. Keep making the stuff you want to make!

OVERWERK has quickly become one of my favourite artists. Very few electronic artists would take on a project as ambitious as this. This is beautifully done, and I love how it's based on the theological and cardinal virtues: virtues which are pretty much forgotten in society today, but are at the basis of what it means to live a good life. This is truth, beauty and goodness coming together in an incredible project, this is what art is supposed to be. Well done, seriously!

The Virtues and my interpretation: 00:00 Temperance (habitual moderation in the indulgence of the appetites or passions, required to be able to sacrifice the present for the future, in other words: work.) 1:23 Hope (A man with Angel Wings and a blindfold on carrying an Anchor. Hoping means not knowing for sure, but continuing to move forward regardless of the burden you must carry.) 3:53 Faith (Sitting on throne made of books, using the wisdom of the past to support ourselves in the present as we move into the future) 6:58 Courage (Fighting the primordial originator, chaos. Represented in Genesis as the snake. In order to get the gold, you must face the dragon and that requires courage) 10:27 Prudence (Dropping your Sword to stop and look at yourself in the mirror. What is my true good? How do I achieve it?) 13:54 Love (The meaning of life) 16:58 Justice (Looking at death right in the eyes, what does it mean?) 20:29 Temperance (We end with the beginning) It would be awesome to start a discussion of what everything means and how the music reflects that! Let me know if we should change something of the interpretations here

It blows my mind how Overwerk is not reaching millions of people with this music.. You see meanless, mindless content pouring into youtube ranging from shallow vloggers, cruel pranksters, dangerous influencers and other thoughtless garbage with hardly any effort put in to it and it's reaching millions of people willing to subscribe and pay attention. Then you have a guy who's put so much time, thought, effort and vision into truely remarkable work that can only be considered as true art that can undoubtedly stand the test of time.. and only receive a tiny portion of attention. It's sad. It's sad because he should be able to tour the world and we should all get the chance to see an amazing show with a huge crowd of people that love it. Maybe one day, I hope.
