Overwhelmed with life as a uni student

Great question! I'm certainly a work in progress myself but I keep reminding myself to focus only on your very next step. Wherever you are on a chess board, you should always make the next best move. It's the same thing with staying motivated and focused I suppose :) I'm a very introverted person by nature. I'm pushing myself to share my journey simply by knowing if one person can benefit from it then I'm doing something good which makes me feel awesome
