this is them testing the auto loaders or the burst guns that they want to put in the game, similarly to how the 100 years of tanks was a test for wheeled tanks. they are always testing mechanics in events

I feel game modes like this are going to become common so WG doesn't have to make up tanks from sketches, they can just magic them up for this.

That's preferable. Just whip up some bizzarro tanks, put them into these modes, they don't have to care all that much about balance, the playerbase stops bitching about the state of the game (like they did for the last 10yrs), and it increases engagement and novelty. Though you know that's not happening. They cannot monetize these modes the same way they do premium tanks.

This game mode meant probably: 1. Implementing machine gun as secondary on certain tanks like they did on WoT Console (like E100, Maus have MG secondaries). This may balance/counter low armored vehicles such as ERB, barns and AMX(?) 2. Releasing AA Tanks like on other game in the future.

Nice to see that a top player is now only in one point better than me: His graphics in the video are way better than what my old laptop can show me on my monitor. But beside that, we have the SAME tanks and the SAME ammo, and hence I make the SAME or more damage, because I am not so bad as my normal silver AP ammo only stats let believe. How often was I yesterday top man? Well, not the point. The point is, that the Flakmaus I use is the first tier ten ever driven which actually works. Thats new for me in WOT (after 4 years). What not works are stats player in this mode in their light tanks. They try to make damage as usual instead of playing a light role. And so they fail, again and again, they are just fit in the fingers. In this mode, and this is new in WOT too, are the heavies the bigger damage maker, how it supposed to be. How often did I see lights driving around the map, battle lost, due to ZERO support. But when they decide to do the role, that gives a run through the enemies, and a ton of fun. And look at the names, this double name players (send them message to see the real name). FAIL FAIL FAIL. Tube players with the same equipment as the f2p underdogs and suddenly no longer really good looking ...

Skill, we artas are not all clickers without keyboard. I love that you enjoyed going TD mode with autoloader burst, but it's a blast to deliver a giant artillery round right in the face in the normal game mode too! Especially when it sends a light tank flying.

Played one game with each tank and, yes, it was reasonably fun. However, I agree with Skill, I started to become bored before I managed to play with all tanks. I think I may play 2 or 3 games per day and that's it. The rewards are...meh.

While this game mode does have potential to be fun, it still has the one fundamental flaw or everything WG does. Rewards are only available to the team that wins. Sonif their intent is to make a “fun” mode, why you only get bonds if you are in the wimning team? So, I ask why play it? My time is limited and if I will spend it I want at least to get something for it.

.....i want that project speu sheridan with the 152mm shotgun round... where was THAT?! HUH WG... "typical customer whos never happy" lol .. atleast this mode was well worth playing few games 200 bonds to top off the 8000 bonds needed to get a kv-5 out of the bond shop! finally it took ALL year to do it but 8000 bonds finally done.. now to...do....do it all over..again...back to the salt mines..
