I think it's overall a cool concept. I think maybe making the capture radius for colours with higher number of marble to be decreasing, and vice versa for colours with less marbles, to allow a chance for the marbles to "revive" their own colours

In this marble race, don’t be 1 lap behind than the leader. Once the leader steals the marbles that a 1 lap behind, they become the colour of the leader. Be the last 1 standing to win. The total number of marbles don’t change. Mode: last 1 standing

This was really interesting. It was cool to watch the path get overlaid by the next leg. That being said, however, it felt less like an equal race where all contestants can get the chance to win and more like a race of several giants where everyone else just tries not to get stepped on. I realize that's kinda the whole point, but it wasn't really to my taste. My opinion might've been different if I followed one of the five giants, but as it is, I wasn't much of a fan of it.

Another new idea in my head for you! Multiply or Release, except the turret is not static, the turret is a large paintbrush while in motion [one turret cannot kill another through direct collision] and the turret is moved by Newton's 3rd law, action and reaction, when the turret fires, any marbles it fires start pushing the turret, building momentum in small parts for each marble fired out
