Remove the love story line, both 2 strong characters, together sorry I cant ship that. She looks like shes fresh out of high school vs some 35 years old. Cant do it lol

I think the reason the director cut it off is because: If twisters 2024 makes a huge hit and a lot of profit and gets left on a cliffhanger and people want to see that kiss! So my theory is if they make a lot of money off this movie and people are dieing for that kiss theyll make another money and get more profit and views. So he made a great way to make a part 2 and get more money! :) But honestly a lot of people WILL watch a second movie if there is

This actually made me cry… the ending .., which is rare .. wish the kiss scene 💋 😘 wasn’t deleted , but still on KZbin… soulmates.. read their eyes….and smiles… well directed, great emotion, great actors… chemistry, cast, Great everything. Personally I was really pleased that they cut the kiss. That would have been so predictable, and by not having it added greater depth to both characters as it didn't reduce them to their insane romantic chemistry.

It's also way more realistic. I mean, the two are still just getting to know one another, so who would in real life just kiss randomly? But the entire rest of the movie (after Tyler's grand entrance), they are constantly stringing the other along (a bit like kids) so you get the idea, without it getting in the way of the actual story.

It is a fact that Glen Powell has chemistry with everyone he works with especially the actresses he had with Sydney Sweeney that is why there was romance rumours about them and he has it with Daisy Edgar-Jones in Twisters and Daisy also has chemistry with everyone she works with too and Glen and Daisy made a great pairing in Twisters and I hope they do more movies together.

I saw the first movie, Twister a week after our home in Oklahoma got wrecked but an EF3 tornado. My best friend had us over for a movie night and it was to meant to be "funny" and to help me relax. I was in our home when the tornado had struck, and I was having a really hard time. To this day it remains one of my all time favorites. I have not seen Twisters yet. I am afraid that it won't stand up to everything that the first one stands for in my life.

It's crazy that in the 2020s, *just* making a film about a normal heterosexual relationship where s3x isn't shown on screen is basically a political statement. And more pointedly, I making a film featuring a straight white male character who is *_unapologetically masculine and assertive_* is a political statement! And THAT'S why I loved it -- even more than the riveting tension. Just like TG Maverick, it _celebrated_ the strong cocky masculine hero archetype, instead of sh!tting on it. It's what CREATED that chemistry. Wet rat guys just aren't the same, sorry. I'm a 24-year-old woman, so I'm not the target demographic for disaster/monster movies. But I LOVED this movie, because I *_freaking miss_* films where the male main character isn't shat on the whole time, made to look weak, or subjected to a beat-down from the main female character about how men ruin everything and ALL men treat women like objects blah blah. It was just pure, wholesome, natural, _flirty_ banter between a masculine man and a smart but feminine woman who wasn't an insufferable "underdog" Mary Sue. And no disgust from the woman at the man's _aUDAcitY_ to flirt with her! In fact, she _literally tells him to chase her at the end!_ I was SQUEALING. When was the last time anyone in Hollywood did that?? It's SO much about female empowerment in a "man's world" these days, there are not new romances featuring _great men!_ They've been sacrificed for the feminist narrative. It was a healthy blooming romance that WASN'T about the man cow-towing out of the way of the woman's feminist awesomeness. Instead, he was allow to _be a man,_ and even to _protect her_ (the rodeo scene)!! I think that's why women are eating up this movie.
