If there is a law its subject to interpretation if you think you are not guilty and its unjust then you can fight it in court. if he is guilty, then the punishment should fit the crime. My point is it doesn't fit the crime and let him have his day in court where all the facts comes out before you condemn.

And if I go over the speed limit, I get a ticket, or I can get banned from driving for a term decided by the court based on the word of the law . Love yourself for fighting the best you know how. And I'm not goody goody. I'm just logical and educated on the subject.
