Much better video than the previous one. It's really difficult to align maps from old products, being able to align each axis sepparately makes it much more accurate. I didn't know that! Excellent VTT. Gorgeous looking and easy to use. I only need something similar for the character sheets!! (to share form fillable pdfs in real time).

Genuinely considering getting the membership with you guys because of CLEAR and EASY it is to set up VTT for the games, like I am NOT a prepared DM, I often just make stuff on the go, rule of cool, improv before notes kinda guy and this is PERFECT

why does my owlbear not look the same as in the tutorial?

I think it would be helpful if I could tweak the alignment or scaling with the arrow keys, or type in the numbers, ‘cause doing very fine adjustments can be frustrating if the pointing device moves slightly when the button is released. Hmm, I didn’t know you could just add “mi” to use miles. I had been setting the feet to 26,400. To start with, I was just turning the grid off for maps of that scale, but then I realized how it can be useful to use the ruler tool for overland distances instead of counting hexes.

Looks great! Do you plan on adjusting the ruler tool as well, to take into account the rule of pythagoras? (The diagonal of a square is still considered to be the same distance as one of its sides)

We support this right now. In the same menu where you can change to a hexagon grid you can change to a euclidean measurement.

Question - I've exported all my 1.0 maps and assets via the owlbear export code but when in 2.0 and clicking import it doesn't seem to give me an option to upload that file. Is there a specific spot I need to go to?

Just had our first session casting to a TV using Owlbear Rodeo and it was great. One item I hope someone can help me with though - let's say that I know a 32x18 map will perfectly fit my receiving monitor, but a map I'd like to use is larger. What steps should I take to make this work?

Is it just me or does it look slightly different now? Im having trouble navigating the menus to adjust the scenes (specifically grid alignment). The example in the video seems a lot more intuitive than the version I'm getting at the moment.

If you found a way to implement dnd character sheets, rolling, and HP tracking seamlessly, it would be the perfect product.

I have created a scene. Now, I want to create a second scene. And I CANNOT find where you do that - And I am using Owlbear on 2 different browsers! So, how do you get out of the scene you're in, AND where do you bring up the dialog to create a new scene?

I figured it out. You click the icon that used to be just for maps in 1.0.

The Maps tab shows all the image assets of that type in your account. The Scenes tab shows all the _specific arrangement of multiple image assets_ in your account, so the two tabs are quite distinct from one another. Also, because you can have more than one map in a Scene, there isn't a 1:1 relationship between Maps and Scenes, you do really need both of them to manage all the images and encounters that you upload and create.
