Thank you for shining a light on this "dark" subject. I'd forgotten about Satan's role in Job. Fascinating book. You may be interested to know The Sabbath Tarot includes 3 cards for the Devil: Lucifer, Satan, and Diabolus. IIRC, the deck's purpose is to work with the energy of Satan, although my guess is that the creators leaned into the Old One of the forest more. In fiction, one of my favorite characters has a lot of Satan's characteristics as you've described them, and I recommend that series (A Court of Thorns and Roses), although he doesn't really get featured until the 1st book's ending and then he leads in the 2nd book, which is titled A Court of Mist and Fury. He's the Lord of the Night Court.

I have been tapping into the divine masculine so much in my rituals and have felt the intense, muscular and powerful presence of Satan, As well as the lighter and more ethereal Lucifer who told me to leave my job that was making me miserable. Thank you for Sharing! However many people are not aware that even the name “Satan” is not a proper noun. The first reference to “Satan” in the Hebrew Bible (shayton) simply just means “adversary” or “one who opposes”. It was the Christians that made this into some official name when it’s really more of a description of an attribute or personality. It’s amazing how Christianity influences so many mystical concepts. @@MissRedWine They say that because the Christian Bible (New Testament) has scriptures that continually mention the Satan. It’s not their fault, they just believe what they read and go with it. What is interesting and what a lot of people don’t know is that the Jewish Bible (I am Jewish so I know this) mentions God as what we would refer to in occult circles as “Working both the left and right hands.” In the Hebrew Bible it clearly states… Isaiah 45:7 “I form the Light and I create Darkness, I make peace and create evil, I the Lord do all these things!” As you can see, the Jewish “perspective” of “God” is all encompassing. God does ALL things, what we would consider both good and evil, so there is no need for a “Devil” figure. This slaps the Christian “Love and Light” God Jesus in the face. I find it amazing that a lot of Occult teachings and ideology pulls almost exclusively from Christian concepts.

In terms of casting out demons, I agree many so-called "christians" are doing things wrong due to superstition and fear (and this you cannot tell them). The few who have it right may/many not know if it's even a demon or a lost soul, wandering soul. Nevertheless, it seems people would "respect" a demon's right to claim over a person and leave it alone. Not the way to go imo. Demons do nothing but cause trouble, they are stuck in a control drama, unwilling to confront past mistakes. Why did Jesus and his disciples cast them out?

The reason why the whole "satan" energy was attractive to me since years back but i was too green for these subjects at the time is because the biggest issue ive dealt with in my life had been living in the air. Im aquarius and idk much about astrology but its air so i guess 😂. I was always very intelligent, very creative, emotionally intelligent, top student but as i got older and had to face social dynamics, responsibilities, life decisions i started panicking. I developed social anxiety, insecurities, uncertainty. I started my path with a acid trip that was intentional to seek answers when i was in a very low place after dropping out from school. My cousin is a genius literally and works a dead end job because he went downhill after my aunt died while giving birth to his little sister. The family gave his other sister into adoption so they became distant, his whole world came crashing. My point is that im not the first nor the last person to be insanely good academically and fall off like that. We're still human at the end of the day. I even dated a woman who had the root chakra tattooed between her boobs. The signs were everywhere but escapism was a big thing in my life, once again "LIVING IN THE AIR". Satan for me represents accepting my humanity, my mortal state in the flesh, embracing my surroundings, nature, the beauty and destruction of nature not just the Disney version we are taught as kids. We see Satan expressed everyday in social dynamics between men and women. How our primal instincts when not understood lead us to hurt others with our actions. I dont see Satan as a horned evil spirit wanting to ruin your life 😂. I used to but not anymore. Lucifer is more like the chill uncle that has wisdom and patience in my own experience.

Lucifer is the morning star, basically the son of Venus. The other view of Lucifer, that is the biblical view, is literally fictional. He was invented by John Milton in his "Paradise Lost." Any existence of Lucifer as a the devil or a fallen angel is an egregore, if he exists in that form at all. My Lucifer is the same as yours and, I would argue, the only one. Although, there's a good argument for him as an egregore but that's it. Lucifer is alot like Prometheus. The bringer of light.
