Why is there such a lack of support for your HaiBike Xduro 5.0, 8.0 and 10.0 bicycles, even though they have the most powerful engine, after a certain number of km, various sounds start to appear from the engine as if it were "Squealing".

I have a Flyon, and they are not able to sell a replacement Akku pack...🤢👎

Lack of any form of app to monitor/view settings ODO etc, really disappointing. Use a 3rd party piece of equipment is not a good enough answer.
