I am no expert here but seriously people live in cramped apartments in the city when they have massive land in the village. Devolution should solve that. Being close to Nairobi should never be the goal. Develop other areas outside the city. Equally. You don't need to go to Nairobi to get things done because you live in Ndeiya or West Pokot. All areas have potential if developed.

I will pay them a visit in December. I bought one at Mwalimu Kisaju 6.2M, 3 bedroom with a DSQ rent to own deposit 25%. For these Lap Fund ones my favorite part is the backyard. I wonder how much time they give one to clear the deposit before you move in. Mwalimu Kisaju gives you 1 year to clear the deposit service charge 2000. These Lap Fund people7,000 service charge is too much unless the power is free too.

@@nicholasn8634 I am just giving a suggestion, even in Kenya, where bathroom is combined with the toilet, they separate the bathroom by building a small enclosed bathroom with sliding glass. The class of your houses needs a better bathroom. Just my take. Overall, the houses are of good quality.
