I am so glad to hear someone articulate the fact that when we hear about billionaires and the mega wealthy owning nothing it means enormous wealth kept in trusts. There is no way to learn the enormous amount of wealth kept in these trusts. Like for example King Charles III. He owns nothing but he can access whatever he requires through his barristers who manage the trust/s.

The concept is simple, for property it is best to go to a certified Trust writer. It is actually not that expensive. The laws legislation around it all is more extensive now due I think to the profusion of grifters creating what are in effect "trusts" which are void as they have no standing in law.

That's a good shout, actually, but I believe you can do a verble agreement trusts and trustees

​​​​​@@nett0.You can but it has no standing in a court, all agreements start as verbal but have to be documented, witnessed, signed with a declaration and Deed then legally expressed and notarized into law on paper. About 15 years ago it was easier to state that something was in trust. So much disinfo from internet "experts" has truly undermined trust law which I believe is the whole purpose. Been to the High court defending trusts and there is no way any court recognises a none documented and not legally sound trust. I used to do it with all my vehicles and it works in the respect it helps with their inability to make a person liable. Had a lot of fun with that and saved a lot of money.

Yes, freedom is a philosophy and simply put Its a template that has different levels, having seen it at its worst level their is nothing to lose by usurping it and most importantly gaining ever more knowledge on the way through it all.

Thanks for another interesting show. I find that I fluctuate from trying to use precise language to talking in riddles - not to the authorities though if I can help it! One thing that really would make me fall off my chair would be if the WEF declared that they were worried about all us folk not really owning anything so they'll be pushing for legal changes to transform our 'fauxnership' into something more real! 😆
