Realization of my trauma/crisis were at 7, 17, 27, 37 and 47. Patterns?? Final crisis was at 47. I have always been a seeker and a empath. Reading a listening to your videos, I feel like we are soul sisters. I had an inkling that I went through a mid-crisis for a women however, no therapists knew or have an explanation. Everyone spoke of a man’s mid-life crisis (a red sport car, a young girlfriend, new clothes, new hair cut, swagger) but there were nothing on a woman going through mid-life crisis……crisis of the soul. Most professionals would labeled what I went through was menopause, depression, overwhelmed, lacks of joy or just being a woman. I had decades of therapy. However, none of my therapists read your book or known of this. You finally explains exactly to me of my experiences. Life is a process of learning and growing. I am still practicing setting healthy boundaries, being a pleaser only to me, taking back my power and being in the now. At 56, I am happy to say that I am joyous, and fulfilled just by being. I live in gratefulness and abundant. I am thankful for my existence. I don’t need anything or anyone to complete me. I love myself. I am enough. I am worthy. For all you readers and followers. I can attest that the journey have been worth it. For decades, I went for therapy, read mostly all self-help books that I can get from the library. Listen to most KZbinrs. My teachers have been Louise Hay, Marissa Peer, Deepak Choprah and many more. Dr. Shefali is the only one that finally gave me all the answers to what I have been seeking. Thank you! 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Your words trigger me so much, I am angry and at the same time I understand. It hurts too much and yet a relief to know that no body has really power over me. If I change the focus I feel strong powerful and silent, connected. I move from one shift to the other many times and by this I understand I havent healed comoletely my self. Thank you
