This might be unpopular opinion but Mel dont really communicate well. They are all very passive aggressive. I see the other 2 coming to Mel expressing their concerns and Mel just seems ro cut off or not show up without any clear communication as to why. Not saying she owns them an explanation but if they are friends i would think she would clearly just say to the friends hey, i need to distance myself because of xyz because most issues are miscommunication anyway and that gives the other person the ability to explain.

They (the Scotts) thought they were going to have Mel and Martell get the land themselves and they profit off it. But, the Holts bought the land by themselves and left the Scott’s lying, cheating, broke tails out of it.
