Yes! I recognized the story as soon as I heard it! I think it was on lifetime? Great movie based on this. I felt so bad for the daughter to know how this affected her in her life regarding guilt, which her narcissistic mother placed on her, etc.

The fact that he is able to just sit there calmly as she makes one wild accusation after another, says alot about him to me... I would not be able to remain so calm lol . The original air date was 1991, not 2012 as stated in the description. The movie "Mother Knows Best" 1997, was pretty much spot on to the original story, down to the wired taped lmfao! This woman was capable of killing her own husband for life insurance. I'm surprised that didn't happen lol.
