This might be one of the most disgusting motels ever, bed bugs are rampant across the property and it's not unusual to see drug dealers / sex workers casually roaming the premises. i was in a cheap motel for a week a few years ago, I was paying 30 dollars per day for breakfast and staying there (which is insanely cheap considering that it was right next to the beach) and they had no issues aside from someone shedding like crazy and making the woman's shower look gross as all hell for a day before they cleaned it up so most of the motels are fine, you just need to do your research first ^^
