OWNER DESPERATE for HELP: We COULDN’T WALK AWAY!

This project was in rough shape when the contractor first came to provide a quote. The owner was eager to have the work done but was clearly facing financial challenges. To lend a hand, the contractor offered to complete the job for free in exchange for permission to film the process. Since then, the owner has become a regular customer. As an unexpected twist, the contractor had their first encounter with a wasp sting during this job! While they typically avoid disturbing wasps, the work had to continue.
