@wobbly nostrils He just seems to care very much. That's all I meant. And most dogs in Korea are kept in those types of dog houses when they are outside. There are plenty of reasons why the pup felt uncomfortable. I have no idea. Maybe you're right but who knows

I think what happen is the dog went into 'survival mode' I had never heard of this until I started volunteering with a animal rescue group and I was totally shocked to find out about it. Basically the dog's brain flicks a switch and it becomes wild again. It will not recognize its owner or its owner smell. In order to get him out of survival mode you have to capture them. My rescue group has hunted some dogs for weeks or even months. But once they are captured and have time to actually smell you (sight has nothing to do with dogs recognizing you) he will become your pet again. Did the dog finally get the msg that the new owner isn't going to harm them?, i feel soo bad for this guy, crying about his dog that it wont come home n stop playing in traffic. I hope it does stay closer to him now that its got its other dog friend with it, but it would be better if the dog could get attached to him n not other dogs, but im glad the dog is safe.

This dog’s pack was the monk and the other dog. She was taken away from that and placed on her own. Simple answer is she was brought back to the pack. Take that dog away again and you will re traumatise her. By the way the dogs being tethered is not something I can understand. The leash on these are too short.

Oh my goodness if I was chained up outside in that horrible little half jail cell thing being fed slop and dirty water I wouldn't come when called either.
