Owner's Project Requirements & Basis of Design

DMA Engineering takes all the details from our Client Intake Form to craft and share an Owner’s Project Requirements (OPR) that documents client expectations and seeks to truly understand their must-haves. This OPR is a living document, updated whenever needed to ensure all energy-efficient mechanical systems expectations are met when the client moves into their residence. From the ORP, engineers then have a solid basis of design that results in client's expectations being met.
