Another soothing video, really nice! I have a question about the economics of an ice cream shop... it might sound kind of silly, but how many scoops of ice cream and/or hot drinks do you need to sell on average on a day to break even? I used to live in Vancouver back in 2009 - 2015 and I remember that one scoop back then was C$3.50, which was kinda unheard of for Europeans (in Germany, one scoop is now approx. 1.30 euros = C$2.00). How much is one scoop nowadays? Thank you & keep up the great work!

We are lucky enough to have a great location, the main street of the town we're in, which is actually quite scenic and often frequented by the locals. But ice cream is a very seasonal business. Like floral shops rely on valentines day, we are very dependent on doing well over the summer to make majority of the yearly profit. Here's to hoping for a hot summer!
