I got an unconditional offer during an interview just by being super focused and flattering the ego of the interviewer: i.e. feeding back his views in his particular field of expertise to him.

@@edenhingston9802 I'd say before you have an interview with a college look at their staff list (there's usually one on their website) and see who is responsible for admissions and tutors in subjects and Google them to see if they have anything on their views
