Dr. Dana Brown, MBA Programme Director at Said Business School, joined the show this week to discuss what makes the Oxford MBA unique and its admissions process.
Being one of the most prestigious universities in the world, Said is looking for students with strong academic abilities. Although they evaluate applicants holistically, Said recommends having a minimum 3.5 GPA and Dana made it very clear that the school thinks the GMAT is important. They are also looking for critical thinkers with open minds who show ambition and purpose. Over 95% of the class international coming from over 40 countries.
Said recently revamped their curriculum to focus on global threats and opportunities, entrepreneurship and more interdisciplinary studies within the wider Oxford community. They also have one-on-one executive coaching throughout the 12-month program. Said plans to grow the class from 240 to 320 by next year.

It is a tremendous pity that Said is ranked 54 in the world among leading business school , however if you could rectify the anomaly with the interview methodologies the rankings could transit positively , thank you.

Have you ever sent them an email? the admission team is really helpful. They answered almost every question of mine except those that are too deep and complex.

Hello Dr Dana Brown, I sat for my GMAT exam on the Oxford portal and my score was 870 or 860 which I had a right to utilize productively to my advantage so could you assist me to do such by awarding me my CAS for the Oxford MBA as the Oxford University Press should assume responsibility of withholding my C1 Advanced in English from me after I was pre qualified for such on Cambridge Assessment English with a score of 23/25 , thank you , Mpho ; Kesitwe :Tshoagong

Hello Dr Dana Brown , I registered for Kira Online Assessment and my interview as such could not be concluded so could you waive the Kira Online Assessment for me as a prerequisite for enrollment on my Oxford MBA in 2023 on Merton as I was previously enrolled partially with Balliol for the same in 2022 and I was not successful to be enrolled on campus as a result of my inability to set up my Camera and Microphone for the assessment , yet I successfully received my E-Books from Kira Online Assessment and Form Assembly , thank you madam, Mpho ; Kesitwe :Tshoagong
